We are a San Antonio based company that services Harlingen and the valley every 2 weeks. Today we had an issue with one of our trucks. At first I tried the dealer and they had no sense of urgency to even trouble shoot our truck. I found Paisano Diesel repair on google. Spoke to Sara and she and the mechanics there said they would take a look at it when we got there. They were able to trouble shoot and repair our vehicle and get our driver back on the road. At a very reasonable price I may add. Sara and the mechanics were absolutely awesome, displayed amazing customer service and care for us. We will be using them in the future for any needs when we are in the area. I recommend you do as well.

OUR COMPANY STARTED TAKING OUR TRUCKS TO PAISANO AROUND 1 YEAR AGO AND THEY HAVE BEEN EXCEPTIONAL. THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS VERY GOOD AND THEY TAKE THE LEAST AMOUNT OF TIME TO DELIVER OUR TRUCKS BACK TO US. THE THING THAT WE REALLY APPRECIATE FROM RAUL, HEAD MECHANIC, IS THAT HE IS ALWAYS LETTING US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE TRUCKS AND ALWAYS HAS US INFORMED. THE PRICE CHARGED FOR THE WORK PERFORMED IS EXCELLENT COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES WE HAVE TAKEN OUR TRUCKS TO. I REALLY DO RECOMMEND PAISANO DIESEL REPAIR AND WILL DEFINITELY KEEP BRINGING ALL MY TRUCKS TO THEM. AWESOME WORK AND HUGE THUMBS-UP TO RAUL, SARAH AND ALL THE PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES THERE.

I want to thank the staff at the shop for helping me get back on the road. Being from Canada, I didn't know any local shops. I wish I had this one back home! Quick, professional and fair. Would HIGHLY recommend!

The staff is friendly and they are able to get the work done in a timely manner. I have taken in several pick ups, our motor home, and a trailer for repair work. They can also do state and DOT inspections.
